What are the terms and shipping methods?Acceptable methods of payment include: MasterCard and Visa** and checks drawn on U.S. Banks only. No CODs. There is a $35.00 Service Charge on all checks returned to us by the bank. Orders are shipped U.S.P.O. insured with proof of delivery. Shipping and insurance are added to invoice. Illinois 6.25% state sales tax will be added to invoices of Illinois residents.

Back to TopWhen is my order ready for shipment?My jewelry is individually hand crafted and I work independently, without help from assistants, so actual turnaround time depends on my current workload. Some commissions and special requests that require unusual design components may take longer. Back to TopWhat is the return policy?All sales are final. I will accept returns of jewelry for defects in construction not due to damage or abuse within 5 business days of your receipt. Contact me for a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Piece will be repaired if possible and returned. If I am unable to repair the piece, purchase price will be refunded less the cost of shipping and any Etsy and Paypal transaction fees. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
